A large contracting firm, Morgan Sindall, that specialises in construction, infrastructure, fit-out, property services, housing, regeneration and development was working with a high number of regional suppliers for their workforce requirements, resulting in an inefficient and costly supply of labour across its multiple UK-wide site network.

 

**solution.**

After consultation with the client, the MS Labour Desk was set-up. This is a true partnership and way of working, putting individual supplier needs to one side, in order to achieve the overall goals of the client. 

The MS Labour Desk is a panel of 5 recruitment agencies, that work as a collective to furnish the various labour requirements over the country, as opposed to a scattered regional approach with varying processes, points of contact, rates and strategies...
